1. What we sell

A personalized numerology report, generated from the details you enter (date of birth, mobile number, vehicle registration number, or two names/dates for compatibility), delivered as a downloadable PDF. No physical product is shipped.

2. Licence granted to you

When you unlock a report you receive a single-user, personal, non-transferable licence to that PDF.

You may:

• Use and keep the report for your own personal reference
• Print or share a copy of your own report with family for personal, non-commercial purposes

You may not:

• Resell the report, in whole or in part, under any name
• Use our calculation methodology or written content to build your own paid product or service

3. Intellectual property

All website content, report text, structure and design are the property of AstroAx and are protected by copyright. Nothing here transfers ownership to you beyond the personal licence above.

4. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by a third-party provider. We do not store your card or banking details. Your report PDF is generated and made available immediately after successful payment. If you do not receive access, contact us within 7 days.

5. Not professional advice

We are not licensed advisors in any of these fields. 2. What we do not collect

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payments are handled entirely by our payment provider on their own systems. The free calculators do not require your name or email.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

4. Third parties

Your report is a personalized digital product, generated specifically from the details you provide and delivered instantly. Once the PDF has been generated, we cannot offer a refund. This is standard for personalized digital goods, because the product cannot be "returned" and has no value to anyone else.

Why we ask you to try the free result first

Every calculator gives you a real free result before you pay anything, so you can judge the style and quality of the content before unlocking the full report.

When we will help

We will resolve the following free of charge if you contact us within 7 days of purchase:

• You did not receive your report. We will regenerate and resend it.
• The file is corrupted or will not open. We will send a working copy.
• You were charged twice. We will refund the duplicate charge in full.
• You were charged but the report never generated. We will refund it in full.

How refunds are processed

Where a refund is due, it is processed to the original payment method and usually takes 5–10 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

Your statutory rights

This policy applies to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in India and does not remove any right you have under that law.
